SUI KAW => CHINESE DUMPLING

yeay! masa utk makan! so harini mak aku masak sui kaw! tau x ape tu?? haaaa itu chinese dumpling lah. makanan org cine. sedap ooo. mcm2 bentuk ada. 

aku just nak tunjuk proses utk memasak bende ni. 
heeeeee utk inti die ni ha----> copy paste dri org jah. aku x tgk sgt mak aku buat camna. tp rasa2 nya sama jah. hoho. paham kan.. klu x paham buat2 paham na.

INGREDIENTS 
50 pcs of Wantan Sheets (Around RM1.00) 
1 Carrot, cut into round thin piece (10 pcs) 

For the filling 
300 gms of Minced Chicken Meat 
150 gms of Minced Prawn Meat (Cut into bigger pieces if you like to feel the chunkyness of the prawns) 
2 teaspoons of corn flour 
2 teaspoons of salt or to taste 
3 teaspoon of sesame oil 
3 teaspoon of vegetable oil ( I added oil because I used lean Chicken Meat or else the Siew Mai filling will not be smooth) 
2 Water Chestnut, remove skin and chop in to small pieces 
2 stalks of spring onions chopped finely 
1 onion, chopped finely 
2 table spoon of soya sauce 
½ teaspoon of pepper 
Add all the ingredients above and stir well. 


Jadi bila da siap suma barang2 ni.. TIME UTK MASAK! suma barang mak aku yg buat. keje aku masak jelah. hehe

habis la hang da masuk dlm kuali.... :')

die tgh ready nak masak dah.. hehe
ape gi angkat lerr x kan nak berendam lama2 kowt..

letak dlm sup ikan or ayam. mak aku masak sup ikan bilis

klu nak makan mesti kena ada cili merah weyh! bru sedap!
so selesai masak time utk makanlah. sedap sekali. hee klu x penah rase pilah cari dkt restoran2 cina islam or buat jelah sendiri. x susah pun :) slamat mencuba or membeli!
